There are a number of entires in your problem database but no help. Instead of your own image, you see an eyeball with a slash thru it. Camera is on, audio is fine. I can see and hear the other meeting attendees. Is this a setting somewhere? Please help.
Suddenly, one participant's display doesn't show her, just a black screen with what looks to me like an eyeball with a slash through it. She can see everyone else and we can all hear her. I checked her menu and video is started. This just started two weeks ago. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Zoom chat gets stuck and doesn't auto scroll to the latest messages, I am in a big group and many times it stops scrolling and you don't know if there are new messages or not, so I don't get information in a timely manner, then I start scrolling and there are like 10-20 new messages, then it works for a few seconds, and stops - gets stuck again. Using IPAD pro , zoom on iphone also has the same problem. everything is up to date, fix it please , or let me know how I can downgrade to older versions if it is possible. Thanks

I am trying to connect zoom to ReStream.io and I previously had integrated with Otter.ai. I disconnected otter.ai, took the zoom app off of my account. Now everytime I try to select livestream with RTMP it says it is "connected to livestream...but it it not- it's still trying to talk to otter.ai! Soooo frustrated. Anyone know what i am doing wrong? I can't seem to find the original fill in the blanks for the url and streaming code. The input options are gone under the livestreaming option.
Hi, Have had zoom for meetings every Tuesday for a couple of years. I cancelled to use a free service then changed my mind. Re signed up on zoom, now a different link, code and password. Not a free or business account. One of our participants in Washington State I believe only uses her phone to connect. She is unable now with this new sign up. I do not know where in all of the information on the site how to fix this issue. I sent her a list of phone numbers but nothing works for her. How can we fix this issue before tomorrow night? I submitted a ticket but do not know how quickly they respond. thanks a million for any help.
We are using Zoom pro for the streaming of webinars since corona hit. We keep our cloud recordings for a very long time, since our customers want to view the recordings of our sessions afterwards. This morning I cannot find any cloud recordings. It is like they were all erased? That is a big problem and we need them back because clients are constantly asking for the recordings of sessions. With a recurring monthly committee meeting, is there a way to provide access for a guest/non-committee member to attend a single instance of the monthly meeting - without giving the guest the actual recurring meeting link (or having access to the link once inside the meeting)? As in the guest would be invited to sit in for one monthly meeting instance, before being admitted to the group. Hope this is clear. thanks!

Hi, I hope you can help. I've been using Zoom for teaching online classes since lockdown without any issues. Recently I've been having issues with participants losing audio after I spotlight myself - they can hear me but I can no longer hear them. Their audio was fine before I'd spotlighted myself. How can I resolve this? Or what advice can I give my students to help them resolve it at their end.I'm on Mac OS15.6.1 with the latest version of Zoom (v6.5.12)Thanks for your help & advice.
I need to join a meeting in Microsoft Teams tomorrow, and I want to use a virtual background that I have in Zoom. But I cannot find where those background images are stored on my computer. I need the image file so I can add it to my Teams backgrounds. I've searched my computer several times, but found nothing.
I use Zoom docs daily and find them quite useful. Most of the time I'm not interested in using covers, but they are helpful in some cases. I understand that I can upload custom images to use as page covers and that the maximum size is 20MB . . . but that is literally the ONLY information I can find *anywhere* about working with covers. Is there any documentation available on this? It is clear that images resize and scale dynamically but it is not clear how this works or any suggestions on how to create headers effectively that will look as intended at various sizes. Is there a Zoom Docs documentation resource that I don't know about?
I've recently started using Calendly + Zoom, but found that most of my clients have problems finding and entering meeting passcodes. So obviously id like to remove it. But from what I understand, zoom doesn't allow me to do so. Is it because of my plan or is there any guide on how to remove the passcodes from all meetings?

Nobody seems to know if my pixel 10 phone supports virtual background
Greetings. I’m an audio and music producer. I’m trying to include multiple audio channels from a universal audio Apollo x6 in zoom calls. I am on a Mac Studio computer running the latest Tahoe, and using the latest version of Zoom. My camera is an iPhone 16pro used as a continuity camera hard wired to the computer. Camera is working great. I have enable the multi-channel option in the zoom app, but the only audio that appears in Zoom is the microphone channel on either channel one or channel two.I have deep dived into all the resources for the audio interface (Apollo x6) , the manual for its console, the I/O matrix which controls how Mac OS “sees” the input and output channels, and several detailed videos on the topic. Nothing I have tried for days has ever resulted in any audio channels besides 1 and 2 to appear in the Zoom app audio settings input meter. Any help would be appreciated. Christopher.

I'm using the current version as of today (6.5.7), but I'm at a loss to know where the Use Dual Monitors switch has disappeared to? I know it got moved a few versions back from the General tab into the Meetings & Webinars one, but I can't find it anymore. Has it moved again or be renamed to something else?
Hello, my organization recently switched to Zoom's "Workplace Pro" for non-profits. For the past four years, under our previous Zoom account, we recorded our member meetings with zero issues. Occasionally we'd record them to a computer instead of the cloud, but we never had any issues retrieving the recordings. We have recorded one previous meeting under our new plan with zero issues. However, this Monday, the meeting host followed all of the usual steps, and all of the people attending the meeting heard and Zoom's notification that the meeting was being recorded, and we also heard when the host ended the recording. However, we never received any of the recording files, and Zoom support is telling us that the recording was never initiated. I was curious if anyone has a an idea of what happened here? Does Zoom ever have glitches like this? There didn't seem to be any issues with our host's internet bandwidth during the meeting. Thank you!
Is it possible to store and retrieve more than one recording during a zoom meeting? If I make more than one recording (using stop/start a new recording) I can only find one recording on my computer. Where is the second recording?
It is absolutely frustrating every time I close a zoom meeting the application remains open and minimizes itself to the notifications area. Who thought this was a good idea? I would like to close the application and be done with it. This becomes a multi-step process to close out of zoom after every meeting that is a waste of my time. It's even more infuriating that there is no way to turn this option off. I've searched the forum for similar posts and the zoom team marked it as solved. The issue is NOT solved hence why I am resurfacing this issue. It's a complete disregard to the end user and such a waste of resources. Please develop a real solution for this problem before closing out this topic.
Hello, does anyone know how I can recover a pdf file that was sent to me through the chat feature? I clicked on it during the meeting and it sent to my download file, but once the meeting was over, it was no longer there. I have searched every single file on my computer and nada. It is essential for me to recover this file to finish my job. pleeeeease tell me it can be recovered???
Hello - I have "Bose SoundLink Flex (Gen 2) Bluetooth speaker. It is producing very low sound during Zoom meetings/webinar (on mobile app) but same spear is working very fine while working fine with YouTube or other audio/video player. Considering that the issue likely lies with my Zoom app, not the speaker; Please let me know how this issue can be resolved?
I am having difficulty with the zoom invites I’ve Been receiving, as they have no meeting ID or tab to tap onto the call- there is one HTTPS tab which only takes me to google maps - but when I look at the message there’s no option to tab onto a link that connects me to the call ? Is there anyone out there that can help me understand why this is?
