Where has the Dual Monitor switch gone?

I'm using the current version as of today (6.5.7), but I'm at a loss to know where the Use Dual Monitors switch has disappeared to?

I know it got moved a few versions back from the General tab into the Meetings & Webinars one, but I can't find it anymore. Has it moved again or be renamed to something else?

Hi Richard,

Sorry, Zoom's documentation is out of date.

As at Zoom Workplace 5.6 (and probably earlier), the dual monitor option has moved.

Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
In the top-right corner, click your profile picture, then click Settings.In settings, go to
Meetings & webinars.
Find In-meeting and in-webinar experience
Find Display
Select Dual window

Hello,

Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
In the top-right corner, click your profile picture, then click Settings.
Click the General tab.
Under Meeting window mode, select Enable dual monitor mode.

I second this. My zoom updated today to version 6.5.7 and the Use Dual Monitors option has disappeared. It is not displayed under settings in the “general” tab or the “meetings & webinars” tab.

Thanks, Frank, but I'm still not seeing it.

The General tab (where "Use Dual Monitors" used to be) just shows this:

The "Meeting Window" is now in the Meetings & Webinars tab, but there's no control there either.

I do not have that screen. I cannot find the dual button anywhere. Meetings and webinars are listed separately and nowhere is there a dual screen button. It is defaulting to dual screen and I cannot change it

Yes, that seems to be it, although why Zoom has to confuse things by changing the names of things and their location mystifies me! 😁
