Hello - I have "Bose SoundLink Flex (Gen 2) Bluetooth speaker. It is producing very low sound during Zoom meetings/webinar (on mobile app) but same spear is working very fine while working fine with YouTube or other audio/video player. Considering that the issue likely lies with my Zoom app, not the speaker; Please let me know how this issue can be resolved?
Did you ever get a reply? I have new Phonak 90's that are bluetoothed and I experience drop out of sound on zoom. I have my audio on my imac computer set to my hearing aids not internal mic. People have no trouble hearing me on zoom but I have drop out and dinging . Cannot find a solution, even with audiologist.
