how to acquire Zoom phone Number? do i need to buy a phone number license or do we need additional cost to acquire phone number, for example i want to call US
At the moment, the popup notification is not available yet if the settings I'm configuring is not registration impacting. Is it possible to make the control popup appear for any modification that is made?
My camera app is working fine, picture is sharp as always. But when I go from the camera to zoom, the picture quality is poor. I've read online that many seem to have this problem but none of the proposed solutions (more light, clean camera lens, etc.) does anything. Does anyone have a solution for this or is this is good as zoom gets?
Hi, I'm new to Zoom. The system assigned me an extension number which I do not need as I am a small business owner and I am the only one that will be using the telephone number. I want people to be able to call me directly on the number assigned without them having to enter an extension number. How do I fix this? I've looked at other posts but was unable to get it working properly. Thank you!
No matter what I do, my settings keep reverting to a blurred virtual background as the default for meetings. So every time I start a meeting my background is blurred. I can set virtual background to "None" (or anything else) during a meeting, and even in settings, but upon going into a new meeting it STILL reverts to blurred. It happens using the same Zoom account on other devices (PC/Windows, Mac, and iOS), but if I use a different Zoom account on the same devices they work fine (i.e. no virtual background). I KNOW the issue is specific to my main Zoom account and not the devices or Zoom clients on each.
My organization does not want to use AI Companion and when meeting participants see the icon, they want to use it.I have disabled AI Companion by going to Account Management /Account Settings. I also disabled Meeting Summary with AI Companion and AI Companions Questions. Several community responses refer to selecting the option “Hide in Meetings toolbar.” I do not see this option. A chat with tech support and a call to Zoom - AI, not a person - did not resolve the issue.I have a Workplace Pro account and I am the account owner.
We have created a roadmap that we intended to share across the org. As a result, I set the General Access to "Anyone in the account company ltd".Although they could access the link, I've noticed that they cannot search for this in Zoom and the document doesn't appear when searched.When I send a share link they can access and view again.Is this intended behaviour?
i had the zoom outlook plugin successfully up and running on my PC (Windows 11, Outlook 2024 LTSC) but the latest update of the plugin didn't install, showing error message "error applying transforms. verify that the specified transform paths are valid" (in german) on setup. Tried several things including uninstalling the plugin which worked but didn't fix the issue. Now the outlook plugin is all gone but still whenever i try to reinstall it i get this error message.Any ideas how to fix this issue and get the zoom outlook plugin installed again ?
We have an MTR device (Lenovo Hub) also supporting Zoom. After the latest MTR update, our Zoom calls no longer show on the room's dual monitors, only a single monitor. We have the dual monitors choice selected. Our Teams calls still appear on the dual monitors, so it's not a routing or monitor issue. Is anyone else encountering this problem? Does anyone know of a solution?

I have a voicemail greeting recorded and turned on and "Forward to Voicemail" is set but the greeting won't play. I just get the auto attendant. I can't figure out why it won't play.

They received the following error message: 'Unable to join the meeting due to restrictions set by the host's account, error code 13215.' Learn how to allow access to your microphone.' i use edge and have windows 11 in s mode.i tried my best to check what i could, i am not that tech savvy. i checked the site permissions, allowed apps to access my microphone, checked the network sound settings. i even reset my laptop to factory default settings. nothing has worked. please help. ty!

I can not simply find in my settings that particular place I could choosethat even as an option.So I read from previous discussions that people have ticked yes to Record Gallery view with shared screenRecord active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately - and have only checked yes to gallery view and shared screen.Where can i find these options? After the recent update, it’s become very difficult to manage chat messages during my Zoom sessions. Earlier, I could easily see all private messages sent by participants to the host in one place. Now, I need to select each participant to view their message, which is not practical when handling large groups. As a teacher managing big online classes, this change has made it much harder to interact with students. I kindly request Zoom to bring back the previous chat behavior or provide an option for the host to view all private messages together.
I have a link that I send out to potential attendees for meetings. I know that the link can't be re-used for the same meeting for the same attendee. But my issue is that NEW attendees with their own links aren't able to use the link. No one has been able to register since yesterday. There are 58 registered now. Is there something going on with the capacity allowed?
I am currently unable to use my iPhone as a video camera with Zoom on my Mac mini. This setup was working fine until a few days ago. Now, Zoom no longer recognizes my iPhone via Continuity Camera.I understand this may be related to Apple's Continuity Camera functionality. Interestingly, when I connect my iPhone via USB, Zoom does recognize it—but it only accesses the front-facing (rear) camera. Ideally, I would like it to use the selfie (front-facing) camera instead.Both my Mac mini and iPhone are updated to the latest OS versions, and I have tried restarting both devices, reconnecting them, and reinstalling Zoom, but the issue persists. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Greetings,I am the listed "owner" of a Pro Plan account, with two licenses, but the account was setting up by a previous employee (since left the agency). I have run into several meetings settings that are grayed out with the disclaimer "Locked by Admin" -- as the site owner, I should be able to change these, but I can't find any way to change that lock. More specifically, I tried to turn on file sharing via Chat and that setting is locked. Any help would be appreciated.
There are a number of entires in your problem database but no help. Instead of your own image, you see an eyeball with a slash thru it. Camera is on, audio is fine. I can see and hear the other meeting attendees. Is this a setting somewhere? Please help.
Suddenly, one participant's display doesn't show her, just a black screen with what looks to me like an eyeball with a slash through it. She can see everyone else and we can all hear her. I checked her menu and video is started. This just started two weeks ago. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Zoom chat gets stuck and doesn't auto scroll to the latest messages, I am in a big group and many times it stops scrolling and you don't know if there are new messages or not, so I don't get information in a timely manner, then I start scrolling and there are like 10-20 new messages, then it works for a few seconds, and stops - gets stuck again. Using IPAD pro , zoom on iphone also has the same problem. everything is up to date, fix it please , or let me know how I can downgrade to older versions if it is possible. Thanks
