I am hosting a meeting from Taiwan and my customer was unable to join. They received the following error message: 'Unable to join the meeting due to restrictions set by the host's account, error code 13215.' Can anyone clarify what specific restrictions might be causing this issue? How can I resolve it?

If you experience Zoom error code 13215 when joining a Zoom meeting, you are unable to join meetings hosted by this user at this time. This most likely is due to country restrictions on the account. Go into the web portal and go to settings > general > Data&storage be sure Taiwan is checked.

Edit your meeting. Click "Show" for options. If "Approve or block entry to users from specific regions/countries" is checked be sure that Taiwan is a selected country.

Hello, it has been set to Taiwan. Participants from within China still show error 13215
