Inquiry regarding Zoom Education License for Teachers in UkraineDear Zoom Support Team,I am writing to inquire about access to the Zoom Education Program for teachers from Ukraine.I am an educator currently conducting online classes for Ukrainian students. I was informed that Zoom provides extended meeting durations (removing the 40-minute limit) for educators in Ukraine to support uninterrupted schooling during these challenging times.Could you please guide me on how an individual teacher can apply for this program, or direct my request to the department handling educational partnerships for Ukraine? Thank you for your assistance and continued support.

 I teach live online classes with a large number of participants. For years my workflow was simple: set chat to "Host and co-hosts", ask a question, and all the students' answers would come into ONE chat window where I could read them at a glance. Students could not see each other's answers, so nobody could copy.After the new meeting chat UI and the new Zoom Web Experience rolled out on my account, every single participant's message now opens as its own separate one-to-one thread. With 50 or 100 students, I would have to click each person's name individually to read their answers. It is simply not usable in a live class.What I have already checked, as the account admin:- "Meeting chat - Private group messages" (the setting that used to fix this) has been REMOVED. It is not in my personal settings and not in Admin Center > Account Settings > Meeting > In Meeting (Basic).- "Meeting chat - Direct messages" is already turned off on my account. The separate threads still happen.- T

I am getting the "Cannot start video  Failed to start the video camera. Please select another video camera in Settings" error message. When I go into Zoom's "Video Settings" my camera works but when I click on "Start Video" I get the error message.  I have an HP 23-q113w all-in-one with a built-in camera that works fine with my other apps. I have reinstalled Zoom and turned on and off all the settings in "Video Settings."  Any other suggestions?

Hi there. I am trying to login in to our business account using the regular email address that we always use for admin privileges. However, when I type in the email address and click 'NEXT', a message shows up in red letters saying, "Having trouble signing in with this email. Please sign in with a different account or create a free account." I am using the account we have always used and nothing has changed on our end. And since I can't login with that email/account I can't access SUPPORT because free accounts (like the one I'm using right now to post this) doesn't allow me to contact support. WOW. Here is a screenshot of what I'm seeing: VIEW IMAGE

IssueThe end user cannot utilize their webcam on a few Windows 10 systems with Zoom v6 installed. The issue is occurring on 2+ systems in our environment. When they try to start a meeting, they receive the following error:Cannot start videoFailed to start the video camera. Please select another video camera in Settings. Troubleshooting performedCamera works fine in Windows, Google Hangouts, Slack, etc.Downgrading to Zoom v5 works fineQuestionsDoes Zoom have a solution to reset privacy settings and/or an updated version of v6 that will work? This issue appears to be true for all v6 versions we've tested.Any other suggestions would be appreciated, aside from upgrading to Windows 11, as we shouldn't use a hammer to fix this issue.

I recorded my meeting to my laptop and it converted.  However. during the playback the video does not play in conjunction with the audio.  For example:I was showing a basketball clip and was narrating the action but the audio did not match what was shown on the screen during the meeting. The audio stated, and here we see the ball is tipped but the video is motionless. Thanks for any suggestions.

I’ve just gotten started with the Zoom and after about four personal calls to friends, the account was suspended and no reason given. Anyone else know why? These were casual conversations with friends.

Been chatting with the BOT today and they took me thru all the steps to confirm the Webinar account and my right to schedule but ran out of suggestions. Seems there was a change to icons that is not working.

Hi, Paypal claims I have a zoom account connected with them, and that this has to be disconnected before I can cancel my Paypal account. How can I disconnect Paypal from ZOOM? Thanks

For the last month or two, a pink banner appears across the top of Zoom warning that my account is overdue. Yet, when I check my payments in Zoom, I see now payments are due. The precise message says:You have one or more invoices overdue. Failure to pay the full invoice balance may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of your subscription. Click here to pay or click here for support.

Merci

We are trying to update the incoming email message with ServiceNow ticket number. When the email session is completed for the day and if the user reach back later, we parse the incoming email to serach for the INC1234567*****, and open the existing incident instead of creating a new incident. Is there a way to update the incoming message> I tried using this script, but it is not working.async function main() {  const body = var_get()["global_system.Engagement.body"] + "<br><font size='1'>" + var_get()["global_custom.servicenow.incidentID"] + "*****</font>"  global_var_set("global_system.Engagement.body", body);}

The window that informs users about the note taking option that opens up on the top right at the beginning of a meeting obscures the screen settings. So one has to wait for that to disappear before one can change the screen settings. I find it annoying, especially if internet speed is slow.  I have tried to navigate the “give feedback” filepath but have been unable to give feedback.  Perhaps someone esle who reads this and has the same issue can send in feedback.  Thanks.

When I try to record my two hour class, ZOOM will not record it to the cloud. All my settings are correct and confirm this is what should happen. If I do a short one minute test video, everything happens as it should.  There is no storage bar on my recordings page, and I have no recordings in the trash, so storage should be fine.  How can I fix this. My IT admin shrugs its shoulders and sent me here.

During our webinars we often have ~10 Panelist’s and 500+ attendees. We regularly see 100+ questions come in through the typed-in Q & A.How are other Zoom Webinars users going about “Assigning” or “Claiming” questions to specific Panelists so that each Panelist can see that a question is being worked on, and multiple Panelists do not try and answer the same question?

Use Case:I am a student musician. I need to record myself playing instruments over backing tracks that are provided by the instructor. PC audio is piped into the aux channel of an amplifier that the instrument is also plugged into. The combined signal is recorded through a high quality studio microphone positioned in front of the amplifier, close to the grille. Zoom Version Number: 7.1.8Steps Taken:I have double checked all of the settings. When scheduling a meeting in the Zoom Workplace desktop app (v6.6.2), the attendee search field gets stuck loading and then turns into a blank white box. The app does not technically go into “Not Responding,” but it becomes unusable and requires ending the task through Task Manager. This seems to happens when the app tries to pull contact suggestions from the user’s Google integration. Typing certain letters (like C) eventually returns results after about 10 seconds of loading, while others (like J) trigger the freeze. The Zoom web portal does not experience the freeze but also doesn’t provide any attendee auto-suggestions — it requires typing full email addresses manually. Meetings created this way sync correctly back to the desktop app. EnvironmentWindows 11Zoom Workplace version 6.6.2Signed in with a personal Gmail accountGoogle Calendar and Contacts integration enabledTroubleshooting PerformedUpdated Zoom to the latest versionVerified latest Windows updatesReinstalle

I’m preparing to lead virtual coaching sessions and would love to hear what has worked for others. What Zoom features or activities help participants feel comfortable speaking, asking questions, and staying engaged?

Is there a way to revert to the UI for the previous Zoom admin portal? The new UI is a huge downgrade and hides frequently used settings for a corporate environment within several sub-menus that are not organized intuitively. It seems to have been designed with the intent to hide functionality such as Zoom Phone number management.
