Note takingmessage obscures screen settings

The window that informs users about the note taking option that opens up on the top right at the beginning of a meeting obscures the screen settings. So one has to wait for that to disappear before one can change the screen settings. I find it annoying, especially if internet speed is slow.  I have tried to navigate the “give feedback” filepath but have been unable to give feedback.  Perhaps someone esle who reads this and has the same issue can send in feedback.  Thanks.
