Question

Warnings from Zoom about overdue Invoices that are false

For the last month or two, a pink banner appears across the top of Zoom warning that my account is overdue. Yet, when I check my payments in Zoom, I see now payments are due.
The precise message says:
You have one or more invoices overdue. Failure to pay the full invoice balance may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of your subscription. Click here to pay or click here for support.

Hi @Andyboy,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I understand that you've been seeing a pink banner at the top of your Zoom application for the past month or two with the following message:

"You have one or more invoices overdue. Failure to pay the full invoice balance may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of your subscription."

I also understand that when you check your Payments page in Zoom, no outstanding balance appears. I want to help you get to the bottom of this so we can clear it up. Here are a few steps I'd recommend:

1. Click the "Click here to pay" link in the banner itself. This should take you directly to the specific invoice that's triggering the alert. Sometimes this points to an invoice that doesn't appear on the general Payments page — for example, one tied to an add-on service or a separate billing profile.

2. Check your Invoice History in the Admin Portal.Navigate to Admin Portal → Account Management → Billing → Invoice History and look for any invoices with an "Unpaid" or "Overdue" status. This view can surface invoices that the main Payments page may not display.

3. Verify your billing contact information. It's possible that the invoice was sent to a previous billing contact or email address that's no longer active. Confirming the current billing email under your account settings can help ensure nothing is being missed.

If none of these steps reveal the source of the banner, don't worry — can submit a support ticket to have our billing department investigate directly. They'll be able to identify exactly which invoice is triggering the alert and whether it's a legitimate balance or a system issue that needs to be corrected.

Hope this helps!
