ZOOM account has to be disconnected from Paypal?

Here's how to proceed, depending on how PayPal is connected to your Zoom account:

1. If PayPal is your payment method for your Zoom subscription:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Go to Account Management → Billing (or Plans and Billing).
3. Open Billing Information.
4. Under Payment Method, click Edit/Change Payment and switch to a credit card or another supported payment method, then save.

Note: Zoom doesn't have a direct "disconnect PayPal" button for standard subscriptions — changing the payment method is the way to remove PayPal's association with your account. You can also go into PayPal under Automatic Payments, select Zoom, and cancel the billing agreement from that side. However, cancelling it in PayPal alone may not fully clear the record on Zoom's end, so we'd still recommend updating the payment method on the Zoom side as well.

2. If you host paid events through OnZoom and receive payouts via PayPal:

1. Sign in to Zoom Events.
2. Go to Manage → Payments & Billing under your Hub settings.
3. Select the Payout Methods tab.
4. In the PayPal section, click Unlink.

Note: this only works once there are no pending transactions or active ticket sales tied to that PayPal account.

Hi, I tried that, but in Account Management → Billing (or Plans and Billing). there is not VISA card or Paypal account registered.

I think it may be related to another account, but I don’t know which is connected to the Paypal account that is linked to it. How can I find that ghost account I forgotten about? Can’t call ZOOM either about it?
