ZOOM will not record a 2 hour class, but will record a one minute meeting

The fact that a 1-minute test records to the cloud normally is a useful clue. Your cloud recording settings are likely fine, so I’d focus on what happens to the 2-hour recording after the class ends.

First, check Recordings & Transcripts > Cloud Recordings in the Zoom web portal. Try searching by the meeting ID, topic, or date. A 2-hour recording can take quite a bit longer to process than a 1-minute test, so it may not show up right away.

Also, make sure the meeting was fully ended after class. The cloud recording needs the meeting to end before Zoom can finalize it.

If you still can't find the recording, or it remains stuck in processing for more than 48 hours, I'd recommend opening a Support case. Include the meeting ID, the date and time of the class, and the account email. That will give our support enough information to look into what happened to that specific recording.

Since you don't have anything in Trash and you're not seeing a storage limit, I wouldn't worry about storage for now. The important thing is figuring out whether Zoom received the long recording and where the process stopped.
