How can I get my recording - i wasn't sign in

I recorded a zoom meeting, with the host's permission. I ended up with two files of a few KB each (an audio and a video M4A), and a 1 KB conf file on my computer. I used zoom with the application on my Windows laptop, but I didn't log in to zoom. How...
