Loss of Zoom Annotation outside of Whiteboard

Since the last update, I am still unable to access annotation tools while screensharing. This is not something that i can fix in settings; I am not failing to see the annotate icon (green pencil), etc. The feature is not available anymore. Doesn anyo...
