HOW do I turn off this god forsaken alert?

Everytime I sign into my Zoom account I get a pop up that tells me that Zoom.us has "turned off" my reactions. To turn them on, click the camera icon. I DO NOT care to see this every time I sign in. It does nto make sense anyway. How do I turn it off...
