日本語で失礼します。最近ZOOMでビデオ通話してると必ず一回は落ちます

ビデオ通話を１時間するとしたら、必ず一回以上は落ちてしまいます。何が原因なのかわかりません。他のアプリやブラウザのツールなどは落ちることは、ほとんど無い、90%以上は落ちることはないです。ZOOMだけ調子が悪いです。どうしたら改善するでしょうか？
