How do I disconnect my outlook calendar from zoom??

Recently, everything I put in my Outlook Calendar shows up in Zoom as a meeting and even changes my online status to "in a calendar event". This are random tasks or reminders I put I my calendar... not zoom meetings.I have no idea how this got turned...
