No se activa la cámara frontal durante reuniones

Podrían orientarme? Llevo días con esta falla en mi Surface Pro, en cualquier reunión aparezco en negro totalmente, a veces la cámara trasera si se puede usar pero vaya necesito funcione como antes. Desinstalé y volví a instalar y la falla continúa.
