Zoom meetings created via Outlook not keeping Waiting Room

User created meeting in Outlook. Added a Zoom meetings. In the Zoom Meeting the Waiting Room was enabled. However folks were able to come straight into the meeting and were not put in a waiting room.These were folks directly invited to the meeting vi...
