Can't re-install Zoom; have to force quit the installer

I un-installed it because the update wouldn't work; had to force quit that. In the last 6 months when using Zoom my MacBook Air has frozen up. Can still watch the Zoom but can't use any controls for Zoom or on my computer; have had to use the power b...
