Updating Zoom Meeting information by a delegate does not update on synced Outlook calendar

We have a secretary who is a delegate for a managing partner. When she creates a Zoom meeting for him, and then goes back into the appt. to update it - adding add'l participants, changing the date, etc., the updated information/participant disappears...
