Video freezes, then zoom freezes, then unable to re-enter meeting

Hi all, I can have a zoom meeting on for a decent length of time, then suddenly my personal video freezes, then after a minute or 2, zoom goes 'grey' , blue circle of death comes on, and can't control the app in any way, can't minimize even. Must use...
