Unable to send an invite to a future meeting. A "live" meeting the invite goes through?

I am unable to send invites to zoom meetings in the future. The invite tab is greyed out. When watching zoom help videos on this subject, the same sequential screens that the tutors are displaying, are not the same screens I have on my MacBook pro? W...
