Zoom LTI in Canvas - Scheduling (Basic and Pro accounts)

If a Basic Zoom account user schedules a Zoom meeting within Canvas LTI, but a Pro Zoom account starts that meeting within Canvas, will it affect the timings? is it capped at 40mins? Thanks in advance
