Uploading existing Zoom videos to Vimeo

I have only just discovered that you can link Vimeo to Zoom (not very tech savvy!) Is there a way I can upload all my existing Zoom videos directly to Vimeo? It takes AGES to download them and then upload them again. At least I won't have this proble...
