My graphics hardware is AMD/Radeon, so it is definitely not a driver-specific issue. I have used our company account to submit a bug report, so hopefully this will be fixed by Zoom. Edit: bug report here for anyone else who can access it: TS2099385

Both those releases work fine for me (I'm now using Gnome/Wayland 45.3). Maybe it depends on something like the focus settings again? If you experiment with your desktop settings and see if there are some settings that allow it to work, it would help...
