Unable to sync outeach meeting - getting zoom trigger error

We are trying to sync Meetings in Outreach and we are getting this error. We've updated our Zoom fields to be not required but we are still getting the error. In Outreach, we don't the option to add Event fields to map (WAD) Any help you can provide ...
