Been working with software engineering for more than 25 years. For the first half was a software developer using mainly C/C++/C# languages but on many different projects. Because I excelled in bug fixing (troubleshooting) became a Support Engineer and I love to assist people all over the world no matter the product, the platform nor the environments complexity.
