I am in a meeting with about 12 participants. I can hear all of the participants except one. Everyone else can hear this participant but I can't. This has happened multiple times.

I have been having the same problem for months. I have tried to contact zoom but they keep directing me to reinstall or update. This is really frustrating. It has happened on both of my computers so I don't think it has to do with my personal setting...

It is crazy that this is not an option. I just changed to a new computer and during my meetings it is horrible at the top or bottom but I also want it to be visible.
