Pro licensed user - getting kicked out his own meeting.

Hi I have a user, who is a Pro licensed user and consistently gets kicked out of his own scheduled meeting at 40mins. Tried all the suggested solutions, but it is still happening, I'm at a loss as to what to check next. Any suggestions/help Thank You...
