参加中にaomhostという表示のウィンドウが表示される。

ミーティングに参加するとかなりの頻度で”aomhost"という表示の小ウィンドウが立ち上がり、これを消そうとしてもなかなか消えません。また、それが表示されている時にZoom画面を最小化すると再度下部のタスクバーでZoomのｱﾌﾟﾘを選択しようとしても反応せず、また透明なままで、相手の音声は聞こえますが、私の画面は固まっているそうです。この事象を解決するにはどうすればいいでしょうか。
