挙手ショートカットキー

最近急に手を挙げるのショートカットキーが使えなくなりました。ミュート解除、カメラ切り替えなどのショートカットキーは普通に使えます。ショートカットキーを初期状態に戻しても挙手のショートカットだけ使えない状態です。他のアカウントでログインすると挙手のショートカットキーも使えます。M1MacBookAir zoomバージョンは6.7.0.71075です。解決策お分かりの方教えていただけると助かります。
