갱신 당일에 pro를 더 저렴한 요금제로 변경했습니다. 그 후 전혀 사용하지 않았고 오늘 저녁 7시에 제가 회의 참가자로 이용할 예정입니다.그런데 Pro 요금제에 대한 해지 후 금전적 해결이 이루어지지 않았어요. 확인 부탁합니다.
