ブレイクアウトルームのルームが開かない件について

私は大学講師をしております。ブレイクアウトルームを使用し、１５０名程度の講座で、一組３名、計５０組に振り分け「すべてのルームを開く」ボタンを押すのですが、そのボタンを押した以降、ブレイクアウトルームが作動しなくいことが２回続いています。ブレイクアウトルームの設定は何度も確認しておりますが、特に問題が見当たりません。生徒同士が交流でき、意見交換できるグループワークを中心とした講座展開を大切にしているため、大変困っており、原因などがわかる方がいましたら、ぜひ教えていただきたく思います。
