Please refer to Zoomtopia 2023 FAQ.

I DID!  It says" You will be able to cancel your registration via your profile created upon registration."   Read the history in the email chain. It took multiple attempts but I finally succeeded in cancelling less than 24 hours after I registered, but I have not received the refund.  7 weeks since cancelling.  When will I receive the refund?

Can someone please look into my requests?


I have tried to cancel my subscription since the beginning of March and I am requesting a refund. There are 2 tickets created at the moment (BIL0910761 and BIL0883951 ).
