Zoomtopia 2022 Details & FAQs If we pay for the in-person attendance but are unable due to scheduling change make it, can we go back to virtual attendance and get a refund?

Hi @mr2022, according to the FAQs, "If you are sick and cannot attend Zoomtopia, we will miss you onsite! Please submit a cancellation request using the link in your confirmation email and we will provide a full refund for the price of your ticket within 7 – 10  business days. Please note that you are responsible for canceling your hotel reservation and all hotel charges for your stay. Refer to hotel cancellation policies and dates assigned directly by the properties to avoid charges. Zoom is not responsible for any refunds or cancellation charges from the hotels.", with that being said suggest checking your confirmation email. 

 

Secondly, Zoomtopia virtual experience is complementary and open to all attendees.
