Whiteboard Permissions: A Server Error Occurred

In Whiteboard, whether viewing from Web, the Zoom client, or in-meeting, when we attempt to set sharing/editor rights to "Anyone", it pops up with the message "A server error occurred.  Try again later or if error persists Contact Us for help."  The Contact Us link does nothing.

Anyone else had this issue and/or found a workaround?  I will submit a ticket to Zoom if I can't find anything.

Nevermind, I found it was due to our account-wide sharing settings forbidding the sharing of a board outside the company.
