Good morning, we purchased a webinair zoom package. we need participants to be able to listen to a conference without the possibility of activating the audio. `Where is it possible to make a setting in this sense? Thanks.

In a Webinar there are two main types of participants: Panelists and Attendees. Panelists have the ability to unmute and speak to everyone, as well as start their camera video; Attendees can hear, but cannot unmute their microphone, nor show their video.

This is the way of the Webinar.
