Zoom Events Hub - No Access

I recently purchased Zoom Events, but I don't have access to create a new event via the hub. See the video below

Please help me resolve this issue as I have several events I need to schedule.

Hi @pdaking it appears you may not have the Zoom Events license account assigned to yourself. Please check on the zoom.us page what licenses you have added to the account you’re logging in with.

Hi!
I am having the same issue. I have the licenses assigned to myself, and yet the event hub is still not showing like in the video above. Please suggest a solution.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @AvieUNST.

 

A lot has changed since that Loom was recorded. If you go to events.zoom.us and make sure you are in Organizer Mode:

There are several types of views you might see. I have multiple hubs:

I can't see anything like that in the video above. I assigned licence to myself

Without much detail to go on, I’d say possibly you haven’t created the Hub yet. Take a look at this guide to creating it:
