Users should register after looking up member ID registration ?

We aim to verify participants as our members by cross-referencing with our member ID file before allowing registration. Is there an option, such as an ID lookup feature, available in Zoom registration to facilitate this process?

User say i am member Yes once select Yes there would be box type member ID and this would do lookup from uploaded file

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @secretaryBC.

Are you referring to standalone Webinar, or a Zoom Event/Session?

Thanks for the info, @secretaryBC.

This isn't really automatable... but there are a couple of approaches to consider with manual intervention:

  1. Set registrations to "Manually approve", and only accept those that are valid.
  2. Assuming that most of them will be valid, set them to "Automatically approve", and review them at some interval; you can "Deny" them individually.
  3. You could download the Registration Report, and match the email addresses to a list of known approved/members. You would still need to go in and manually Approve (or Deny) registrants, but the process of figuring out which ones needed acting on could be simplified.
