Recording to on demand webinar

I've changed the webinar recording to View recording on demand (registration required) and set up the registration. I want people to register to watch the recording and run the recording on a specific time and date for those that registered. How can i do this?

People will be able to register and watch the recording when they want.  For playing the recording at a specific day\time you will need to open a webinar and play it out (either via share screen\advances\video or program like OBS\vMix).
