Problem on Webinar Setting - Require attendees to...

As the webinar is for internal staff only so we restricted attendees to join the webinar with domain "ha.org.hk". More than 100 staff successfully registered the webinar with the domain. However, a staff reflect that he cannot register the webinar with domain "ha.org.hk". Is there any solution? Thanks!
