Hosting a Large Webinar w/ Specific Requirements

My company is planning to host a Webinar where we would like some specific features. My team would like to be the presenters where we walk through a presentation. We would like all of the attendees to be blinded from one another (they can't know who else is attending the meeting), but we as presenters would like to see who is attending. We do not want the attendees to be able to turn their camera on or speak, but would like them to be able to send us questions in chat form where only us as presenters can see these questions and other attendees can not. Confidentiality is very important. Do you all know if this is possible? Would we have to pay to get Zoom Pro? If so, could we get someone to help us set this up so that we do not make any mistakes?
