Focus Group with Backstage - Event or Webinar?

I need to create a focus group with 3 participants and a moderator. I want to send a Zoom Meeting invite to them where they click the url and get in the meeting. I also need the backstage feature where clients can watch and listen to the meeting in progress but not be seen or heard by the participants. Do I need both a Webinar AND an Events license to accomplish this?

 

Some of the focus groups will be in Spanish. The translator will be in the backstage room with the Clients and translate into English what is happening in the live Zoom Meeting. I need to record what is happening in the backstage room separately from the Live Zoom Meeting. Is this possible? Thanks for the help
