Add video to the Waiting room for webinars

Hi!

I want to add a video in my waitingroom for webinars so the participants can see a welcoming picture of us in our webinars, with just "hi, the webinar is just about to begin - you can find us here, here and here". I've found a tutorial on this, but in my view on Zoom it doesn't look like that. Do I have the wrong payment-plan, or is it the website that don't have Zoom 5.7.3 that is the problem? We have a paid account and mostly all the features in Zoom already.

Hi @UISweden 

You cannot add a Waiting Room to a Webinar. This is a feature only for Meetings.

For Webinar, keep an eye out for the Webinar "Backstage" feature coming soon. This will allow you to effectively let your audience in early to your main session (where you can show them anything you want) and keep your Panelists "backstage" (which effectively will be a separate room) until you are ready to open the stage.
