Updating Date/Time on WebPortal Zoom

Hi Support Team/ Community

I have a user using Zoom and when she updates the time on the WebPortal it does not reflect the changes in her Zoom App in Outlook? If you update the time on the App itself it works perfectly okay?

 

Any ideas what the issue is or any possibly solutions to this issue,

Hey @minaughton are you using the Zoom Outlook Plug-in or Zoom Outlook Add-in? The plugin is an installable file package that you can use from Outlook on your desktop. The add-in is built using the Microsoft API and is used from Outlook on your desktop or the web.
