I can't receive attachments that other people sent in the Zoom chat. Other users on laptop can see it though.  I also can't attach any files in the Zoom chat on iPad.  What should I do?

Hey @_ZoomUser_ according to our KB on Sending a file in meetings and webinars the Zoom desktop client for Windows and macOS can only send a file in meetings
