On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Chat: How do I get the chat to give FROM (My name) to "Everyone?" It always just says from "Me"

Did not work!  “Sending” to “Everyone” is not the problem.  The problem is the CHAT displays “From Me” instead of “From Glenn Bratcher To Everyone”

Are you able to receive messages?

 

I'm no expert, though it sometimes depends on the permissions that the host has enabled. If you can receive messages, have a look at the small dropdown menu arrow.  Select a name from among the participants or send a message to "Everyone". If you don't have this option in a meeting, then it has not been enabled.

 

Please let me know if it works or whether I have misunderstood your question.
