You should be able to add users to your channel internal and external with instructions here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/200912909 I'd make sure you're on the most updated version of Zoom. I hope this helps! If it does not can you provide the workflow you are utilizing and any issues you run into when adding the channel? Thank you!
