Hello,
We are launching zoom workspaces and also have the DTEN virtual kiosk setup. What we are seeing is when a user books a station the kiosk wont reflect this for up to 10 minutes. Is there any way to increase the refresh rate of the kiosk with workspaces enabled? Has anyone else seen this issue? Not so great when multiple people are trying to book a spot at the front desk.
Thank you

Hi @RigelNav ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Community! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue but I can gladly provide a few steps that might help resolve the issue.
It is possible to increase the refresh rate of the DTEN virtual kiosk when using Zoom Workspaces. To do this, you will need to make a change to the configuration of your kiosk. Here's how to do it:
Log in to the web configuration utility for your kiosk.
Navigate to the "General" settings and click on the "Refresh" tab.
In the "Refresh Interval" field, enter the number of seconds that you want the kiosk to wait before refreshing the screen. For example, you could enter "30" to refresh the screen every 30 seconds.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Please note that increasing the refresh interval may result in increased network traffic and may affect the performance of your kiosk. You should experiment with different refresh intervals to find the best balance between performance and accuracy.
It is also possible that the delay could also be due to other factors, such as network latency and/or outdated version of the Zoom software. If you have tried adjusting the refresh interval, updating the Zoom software, and have verified all necessary ports listed here, https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203680389-Firewall-Configuration-for-Zoom-Rooms, are open/available; then please contact Zoom support for further assistance.
Thanks!

Hello,
Thanks for your reply! We have the DTEN Me system so I'm unsure I can log into a web console since it is android based. Is this via an https connection? Do you happen to know the port?
Also I confirmed this subnet is wide open to all zoom required ports.
Thank you!

Hi @RigelNav ,
The process to login to the DTEN Me Web GUI, you should be able to follow these steps:
Open a web browser on your computer and go to the URL for the DTEN Me Web GUI. This is typically something like http://dtenme.local or http://192.168.1.XXX, where XXX is the IP address of your DTEN Me device.
Enter the username and password for your DTEN Me device. The default username is admin, and the default password is admin.
Click the "Log In" button to log in to the DTEN Me Web GUI.
If this does not work, you may need to reach out to DTEN support for further assistance in logging into the web side.
Thanks!
