My company uses the Polycom CCX700 series phones as Zoom Appliances. Does anyone know of any way to turn down the keypad volume? When you are on a call and you need to turn up the volume to hear the speaker, the next time you dial out, the DTMF tones are freakishly loud. I know the solution is to turn the volume down, but is there any way to separate the call volume from the dial pad volume?

Hello There,
I do not think there is a separate button for keypad volume only. I have reached out to Poly to see if they have another method to do so.
Will keep you posted

Hello,
I heard back from Holiday. They confirmed there is no way currently to have separate volume for Keypad vs the phone volume. They are open to filing a feature request if you would like to share your company name.
