Hello, I am trying to help my mother from afar. Unlike it used to be, in recent attempts to join a Zoom meeting, she is asked to login into her Microsoft account. My mother does not even know if she has one and does not know its login details. How can she continue using your product? Maybe somehow unlink the application from Microsoft? I'm not sure and would really be happy to be assisted with that. Thanks in advance!

This has also recently happened to my brother (who lives elsewhere and isn't very tech savvy). I'm guessing he might have randomly clicked something either in Zoom or a Microsoft product that links them?
